Refund Policy

Read our refund policy before taking any action

Once the customer paid for the connection, a refund will be processed as per the following policies –

  1. A refund will be made within 10 working days after service cancellation by the subscriber.
  2. Bank or Payment Gateway charges may be deducted subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Bank or Payment Gateway.
  3. Once installation is done, the installation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery Policy

KSB shall provide the services to the subscriber within 3 working days. However, in case of any delay, KSB will notify the subscriber as soon as it is reasonably practicable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of request for connection will be allowed for the following reasons –

  1. The location of the customer is out of coverage of KSB NET
  2. Technical issues at the customer’s end render providing connection unfeasible
  3. Change of decision by the customer
